Adopt a Family is a program to help those families living in poverty in the Conejo Valley. Our program helps by giving each family grocery store gift cards and Target cards for the parents to get items needed by their children. We supplement these cards with a gathering of new toys to be given to each child. Help make the holidays happy for our families.
